Cookie is the pad holder of some of the top Muay Thai fighters who fight at Lumpinee, Channel 7, and Rajadamnern. He is one of the best pad holders I have ever worked with with his pace, rhythm and effort he gives on pads. I have been working on my Southpaw stance for a few years, and it is now as good as my Orthodox position.
