Are 3 Star Reviews Good or Bad?

This debate has been raging before the internet was around. And while it generally depends on the platform and the customers, the debate itself doesn't really matter.
In the end, a 3 star review isn't a 5 star review. What it tells us is that, according to that reader, we have some things fix about our writing. And this prompts us to ask them, and all our readers, that most important of questions: What is one thing I can improve?
