North African Arabs Give IShowSpeed His WAKE UP CALL!

In this video, I break down the unfortunate incident where IShowSpeed faced hostility, including having water bottles thrown at him and hearing racial slurs, during the Algeria leg of his Africa tour. While his time in East and South Africa was filled with positivity and cultural connection, the North Africa experience took a sharp turn, specifically when he accidentally filmed members of a hardcore fan group known as the "Ultras."

I address the excuses being made by some in the Algerian and Muslim communities who are trying to downplay the situation by claiming the reaction was just about the Ultras' rules on privacy. I call out the lack of accountability and the double standards at play—noting that if an Arab influencer were treated this way in Kenya, there would be a massive outcry for justice. The reality is that for many black travelers and the Diaspora, seeing the world's biggest streamer get mistreated like this is a major red flag. It reinforces a long-standing history of tension in the region and serves as a wake-up call that "selling the bag" on the global stage has real consequences for tourism and cross-cultural respect.
