Tangier is a popular Philadelphia-based American rock band active in the late 1980s and early 90s. The band released three albums with a few line-up changes having a sound somewhere in the middle of straight-up Hard rock to Blues and Southern rock, this all making them somewhat a mixture of Free meets Johnny Winter meets Whitesnake meets Lynyrd Skynyrd .
"On The Line" is for the 1989 album "Four Winds", actually one of the 2 hit singles of it along with "Southboubd Train"
