Cheeseburger Potato Casserole

This is a delicious casserole!
I used a 9 x 11 disposable pan. The potatoes can be canned sliced potatoes that you have rinsed very well in a colander and let the water drain off for about 5 minutes. For this size casserole use 3-15 oz cans of sliced potatoes or you can use fresh potatoes that you've peeled, sliced and cooked. The rest of the casserole is so easy I haven't listed it but be sure and use some seasonings. Potatoes are bland and so is ground beef. The white sauce with cheese is delicious. I used 2 cups of sharp cheddar but if you want to add more cheese you may. The breadcrumbs just top it off and adds more flavor if you season them. The smoked paprika put those flavors over the top.
