Today we've got a cage setup for a parrot that plucks! Tracy and I are setting up a cage for Jersey, my plucking Umbrella Cockatoo. Every parrot is different, and Jersey has lived with me long enough to where I know exactly the parrot toys she'll gravitate to, and gets lots of enjoyment out of them!!
