We have a E100 power scooter that has a bad throttle controller. Instead of purchasing an expensive razor brand controller, we use a cheap $5 automotive relay.
These relays are available in both 12v and 24v. If you are using 2 batteries and keeping 24v on your razor E100, make sure you use a 24v relay.
Only reason I switched to 12v is because I had the 12v relay on hand and only had 1 12v battery working. It was the cheapest way to get the scooter running again.
