14/03/2020 was one of the last good soarable days coming into NZ's autumn. I had to take a second winch launch to get away with 40 liters of water on board, but the extra load was worth it in the end. One scratchy bit on the south side of Mt Pirongia just to add some excitement. Otherwise a classic convergence flight down the west side of Hamilton with good cloud streets inland. I was going to edit this down in size but I figure we've all got plenty of time to use locked in our homes waiting for the Covid virus to clear.
