Welcome back to my channel. My name is Airam pronounced like “eye-rum.”
Today I made a refreshing recipe for the warmer summer days. I grew up eating Colima Style fish ceviche from my mom. That is my inspiration behind this recipe video! I love making a tray of cauliflower ceviche for Mexican parties, everyone always loves it. So many different ways to make ceviche.. soya, coconut, heart of palm.. which should I do next?

Ingredients used:
1 Cauliflower Head
2- 3 Serrano Peppers (1/4 Cup)
*optional: replace for jalapeño for less spice
3 Tomatoes (1 & 1/2 Cups)
1 Carrot (1 Cup)
1/2 Red Onion (1 Cup)
3/4 Cup Cilantro
5 Limes
1/2 Tbsp Salt or to taste
*optional for the “fishy” flavor:
Vegan Furikake or Crushed Nori Sheets
Other Ingredients:
Tostadas
Avocado slices as a topping
Hot sauce (Valentina or Tapatio)
