Built in 1911 and enlarged in the 1920s the 43 story, 248 unit condo project is named Electra and was completed in 2008. It is San Diegos tallest residential building. Developer & Contractor: Bosa. Architect: Chris Dikeakos Architects Inc. Preservation Oversight: San Diego Historical Resources Board, Centre City Development Corporation (CCDC) & Heritage Architecture & Planning.
