[Old PB/WR] Star Road - 80 Star (Modern) Speedrun in 50m 47s

This ties my WR from 2022, with the caveat that this has bonus timesave due to a rule change.

With the new rules, BLJ's and sequence breaks are now allowed except for skipping the 80 Star door. This allows for the BLJ to the basement toad, which can replace bomb king to save 18 seconds. I'm also able to do a better route and door skips that saves about 6 seconds in the overworld. Due to the time advantage, this category will be split on the leaderboard from the old times.
