My First Month of Anesthesia Residency | ND M.D.

Preceptorship, or the first month as a CA-1, is a more than exponential learning curve with the goal of being left alone in the operating room by the end of the month and being ready to take 24 hour call as an anesthesia resident. The hours, training, and dare I say fun of this past month has surprised me in so many ways.
