Welcome to our art and design channel. I love to sew dresses for Barbie. Creating the beautiful gowns and dressing them up is so much fun. ❤️

I divided the process of making Barbie evening dress into 4 videos. This is episode 3, we mainly focus on making a doll fascinator hat and a handbag. We made a dress' top and a rose skirt in the previous episodes. If you haven't already watched them please watch the films (episode 1&2) THX.

0:51 - Cover the hat block with cling film
1:26 - Cut out the sinamay piece
1:50 - Wetting the sinamay with water
2:00 - Secured the sinamay by pins, stretched smoothly over the block
3:22 - Remove the pins
3:34 - Remove dried sinamay shape
3:45 - Trimming the sinamay
4:16 - Stitch the edges
4:57 - Place the wire on the edge prior to stitching
5:44 - Cover the hat with two layers of birdcage net

8:24 - Cut out strips from the lace applique

11:05 - Create a birdcage veil then attach onto the hat
