A simple beginners guide to Sprouting Seeds on any windowsill.
I love to be prepared and I think sprouting seeds are the ultimate preppers dream. You can safely store the dried seed for months if not years. You only need use what you will eat and the resulting nutrient packed food is pretty much free due to such low costs. So as I want to live a zero waste no or low spend lifestyle these are perfect!
