Lent is a season when Christians traditionally take time for spiritual preparation for Easter. This year New Life Church Coalville is using this season of preparation to study the life of John the Baptist and in so doing preparing for Easter the most important festival in the Christian calendar. It was a delight to be asked to do this reflection which is one of seven in this series.
