what to do in shanghai | views, citywalk, popular destinations

heyyy guysss!!! i hope you enjoyed the videooo and like i promised, heres a list of things to do and places to go in shanghai!!! (not in any particular order)
1. nanjing east road pedestrian street, leads to the bund and the shanghai skyline, has lots of shops and things to see
2. the bund.. this is the definition of shanghai, must see.
3. zhang yuan, basically a shopping area but also has a bunch of cafes and is really aesthetic. the louis vuitton boat is really close to here too
4. he dong old residence, basically a really aesthetic area thats kind of european and beautiful. it has photowith which is the viral photo spot and also tamburins
5. jing an temple, it is really nice, seeing a golden temple next to the city. there are lots of malls around here so you can go check that out too.
6. north bund, if you are trying to see the shanghai view in the morning, go here. it's really nice! hopefully youre not unlucky like me and go when theres a fat cruise ship blocking the view...
7. yuyuan garden, basically the ancient looking building with a bunch of shops and stuff inside. worth going at night. not in the morning tho
8. xujia hui library and the cathedral outside, i would say if you have time you can go here and look around. other than that its kind of boring
9. anfu road, yuyuan road, this is the ultimate citywalk route that everyone goes on. definitely worth.
10. huaihai middle road, another citywalk street but this one is more trendy, it has more chinese streetwear brands there
11. xintiandi, i know a lot of people like to go here bc theres lots of luxury stores and its nice. also its right next to huaihai middle road. but kinda boring if that stuff is not in your budget.
12. shanghai disneyland, ofc disneyland is on the list! i love disneyland
13. lujiazui, i did not go this time, but its just the view above your head where there are three skyscrapers. kinda lame idk but can go for the pic real quick
14. wukang road and wukang building, lots of xiaohongshu girls go there, you can go but just another picture spot, but a lot of people go here first and then walk to anfu road and yuyuan road.

not gonna lie if you are a fast walker and explorer and dont get tired easily, you can easily do this all in three day or four days depending on if you want to go to disneyland or not. anyways, i made this vlog for the memories but hopefully this list helps you out. okiii have fun in shanghai!
