Vada Pav is more than food - it's an emotion.

I learned this during my 6 years in Mumbai.
This street food was born from the textile workers' needs. Mumbai showed such big dreams to these workers, that it left them no time to eat neither today, nor in the 1960s.

That's why outside Dadar station,
A street vendor named Ashok Vaidya started selling vada in pav with chutney, thus was born the Vada Pav.
