Hey Everyone! In todays video I tried to show my new no resolution resolutions, when will help me grow into a better person. Mental Peace is something that I have been avoiding from past few months as things were overwhelming from all the sides. So this year I wanted to prioritize mental health, family and my fitness above everything. I tried to talk about those aspects of life where I have been lagging behind and where I want to evolve as a better Human Being. Hate is not going to fetch anyone anything except loss of mental peace... The more we hate someone, the more we tend to think about them, we carry their baggage throughout as hate is a very very strong emotion. Ignoring such haters and treating them as a passing cloud is something that I want to do this year.
