Renovating 160 year old walls and mouldings

Making some 160 year old plasterwork look a bit better! The coving is generally cracked all round just fomr age, but the worst of the cracks and movement are below the main bathroom where there had a been a leak for a long time. I fixed said leak and then the walls below dried out and inevitably cracked. The rose had big pieces missing whihc looked they had been broken off decades ago! I did my best with it without spending too much time, I could easily have spent a month just on the rose if I had started stripping all the old paint etc.
