Machine originally designed for Cigarette carton packaging but useful for many other applications

Maximum rewind diameter for delaminated/recovered carrier film: 1000mm

Gravure unit with: Harris & Bruno closed chamber unit for adhesive application
Forward and reverse differential gravure unit, i.e. rolls do not run at same speed as the machine
Coat weight altered by adjusting gravure roll speed
Gravure uses Rossini sleeves on the pressure rolls
Cylinders x 2: one for use where anilox is operated at full line speed and a second used for differential adhesive application where anilox operates at speeds different to the line speed
Radiant IR drying with automatic plate guard for fire prevention
Adjustable gas flow box and automated damper on the hot box exhaust for temp control
