The last two months at CAICOS Farming in Western Australia have been one to remember. Clint and Kurt run a well-organised, family-owned operation, and it shows in the way the farm runs day to day.
From long harvest days to the tough moments that test you, this season had it all — but no matter how the day went, it always ended with smiles, laughs, and a genuine sense of togetherness. That strong family atmosphere runs right through the entire crew and is something truly special to be part of.
There’s something about working on a harvest crew that’s truly special. The friendships you build, the family feel, and how close-knit everyone becomes over a short period of time.
After being on US Custom Harvest in 2022, Jim once said it’s a bond similar to what the army builds — and that feeling never really leaves you.
I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to work alongside, and it’s been a privilege to capture these moments behind the lens.
