Beatrice Berrut is presenting a few excerpts from her soon-to-be-released album featuring late works by Franz Liszt. To be heard on this teaser are the "Triomphe Funèbre du Tasse" (Which in itself isn't a late work by Franz Liszt, but since it belongs to the 3 Odes Funèbres, it was brought there by "La Notte", which was rewritten at a late age), the Csardas Macabre and the Bagatelle sans Tonalité.
The album will be released on March 20, 2021 at a concert at le Printemps des Arts Festival in Monte-Carlo on their own CD collection.
Beatrice expresses special thanks to Marc Monnet for this great opportunity, to Bösendorfer for their breathtaking instruments, and to the "Théâtre du Baladin" in Savièse for their beautiful hall!
The album was recorded on December 2020 at the Liszt Kulturzentrum in Raiding, a concert hall built right next to Franz Liszt's birth house.
