Anthony Ainley tribute - Baby I Love You

You know I couldn't let Anthony Ainley's birthday go by without a tribute video. My original concept had a song from the era I wrote to him, but that stalled and then I got inspiration to use this classic instead. Then of course I had to figure out the right footage and images to cram into just under 3 minutes. As I have said before, for heartfelt songs like this it is a bit diffucult to find enough stuff that directly matches the lyrics when your subject's most prominent screen time is playing villains. :P So you end up using stuff where he's just lookin' good 😍.

But seriously, I miss him so much, I will never stop missing him because I will also never stop missing the person I was before he died. There's no untying him from my life story. The happiness I felt when we were exchanging letters was so intense I can't even put it into words. Unfortunately that's why the grief I felt losing him was even more intense. I could put it into words but I don't want to because that would mean reliving the most painful time in my life. This should is a day of celebration of his life, one shrouded in mystery still for sure but what matters is the kindness he showed towards me and others. Rest in peace, my dear Master. ❤️🌹🕊🇬🇧🏏🖤🖤🐆
