Lake James Sailboat Salvage
After receiving a call of a sunken sailboat in the bottom of Lake James, our crew spent 9.5 hours salvaging it and bringing it back to the surface. After using multiple lift bags to stabilize the vessel, we penetrated the vessel and placed lift bags inside the cabin of the boat. We then cradled the keel with two large SubSalve bags and slowly raised it to the surface. We then spent several hours pumping water out of the vessel until she could float on her own.
