Enjoy this 8.1-mile out-and-back trail near Stanley, Idaho. Generally considered a challenging route. This is a very popular area for backpacking, camping, and fishing, so you'll likely encounter other people while exploring. The best times to visit this trail are June through October. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
This trail gets very challenging in the last 1/2 mile. It is very steep and coved in a thick layer of scree which make it hard to climb up and climb down.
