Two of the four steam engines were in use when filming was occurring.
The #4 Roy O. Disney had just pulled in when I arrived.
The Walt Disney World Railroad No. 4 is a 4-4-0 "American" type steam locomotive built in February 1916 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works originally for the United Railways of Yucatan as No. 66.
Fun fact: The "Roy O. Disney" is the oldest of the four steam locomotives at Walt Disney World and the oldest operating attraction at the park, beating out Cinderella's Golden Carousel by one year.
The #1 Walter E. Disney.
is a 4-6-0 "Ten Wheeler" type steam locomotive built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works in May 1925 for the United Railways of Yucatan as No. 72
The builder's number of this locomotive and the Walt Disney World Railroad #3, "Roger E. Broggie", are just one number off of each other, as well as being the exact same design. Because of this, Walter and Roger are referred to as the "Brother Trains."
