Recipe:
About 2,5 lbs/1,1kg pork scotch
3 bay leaves
2 medium onions
2 cups rice, I`ve used white short grain, you can use any rice you like, but the water to rice ratio will vary
Third of a teaspoon ground cardamome
Half a teaspoon ground turmeric
Third of a teaspoon ground coriander
Half a teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons salt
Third of a teaspoon black pepper
1 cube chicken stock, you can skip that and just use more salt
A little vegetable oil to cook the onions and the rice
