Now, time to explain how these fit! SPOILERS AHEAD!
Claynami: I just kinda thought this one... worked. Also, sorry for not using the original version! It’s just, this one is more emotional, the other is a bit too upbeat and care-free for the vibes I was going for with Claynami. -A̶n̶d̶ I̶ t̶o̶t̶a̶l̶l̶y̶ d̶i̶d̶n̶'t̶ j̶u̶s̶t̶ w̶a̶n̶t̶ t̶o̶ u̶s̶e̶ i̶s̶ s̶i̶n̶c̶e̶ i̶t̶ w̶a̶s̶ i̶n̶ t̶h̶e̶ H̶T̶T̶Y̶D̶ t̶h̶r̶e̶e̶ t̶r̶a̶i̶l̶e̶r̶-.(Also, example of how it fits: “Well the good old days may not return, and the rocks might melt, and the sea may burn”. This is great if you’ve finished reading the first arc.)
Tauhopper: “Love Will Find A Way” is just a perfect forbidden romance song. (Used In The Lion King 2 😆)
SunWillow: I thought this one was a pretty darn good match. The song certainly sound like something Willow would say to Sundew. (Also, I love this ship!!! AAAA)
SequoiaThorn: Can I just say how sad I am that they couldn’t have had a nice ending? Hawthorn and Sequoia are perfect! Anyways, I thought “Start Over” was a great match, it’s as though Hawthorn is asking Sequoia to give him another chance.
ViperFlame: Ok so they both have anger issues, and constantly need to calm down. Also, the lyrics are, at one point “Snakes and stones never broke my bones”. Vipers are snakes. It fits! 😂
Kinkamoon: They’re both two girls who are besties, and they just wanna have fun. So yeah!
Moonstalker: Ok so I was very happy with this song and ship match, however I’m not a huge fan of this couple. Just because, ya know, there’s a 2000+ year age difference... (Also I think of these two as like trainer and apprentice) ((Though mentally speaking, they are about the same-)) Anyways, all of these lyrics seemed great! Examples: “Hello, Hello, nice to meet you, voice inside my head” ,“I believe you, how could I forget” ,“We live, we love, we lie”, “Deep in the dark, I don’t need the light, there’s a ghost inside me”.
Anemarin: Although a very popular and cute ship, it needs a lot more development. However, “Never Enough” is like Anemone asking Tamarin to please give Anemone a chance, because without her, it’ll never be enough. Which is true, since Anemone can truly never have Anouilh of what she wants.
Bryling: OK, I LOVE THESE TWO WAY TO MUCH!!!! Ya, they could use more development, by MY GOD, THEY’RE SO CUTE! A huge reason why I thought “22” worked is because of the lyrics “You don’t know about me, but I bet you want to”.
Onbli: Ok I question this since Onyx kind of wants to kill Qibli, but that does make “Stitches” a good song! (However, if it was canon, I would really like to see that, since 1. It would have super interesting plot elements, like insane and intense couple fights, 2. We’d get more stuff about the Sand Kingdom, which would be kinda cool, and 3. It’s a Qibli ship that isn’t Moonbli. However... UMBLI 4 LIFE, NO ONE CAN STOP ME MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA🤪🤪🤪)
Fiercewings: This is a really awesome couple too, I would like to see more of ‘em. And if you know anything about Fierceteeth, you’d probably know how this song (“Royals”) works.
Sunnyspeaker: Ok at first I just thought people who didn’t like Sunnyflight or Starspeaker shipped this, but the I remembered the sweet little scene where Sunny calls Fatespeaker’s starry scales ‘her very own treasure’. And “Neon Lights” is all about stars, and beautiful galaxy-ish things!
