🌼 What We’re Making Today:
1️⃣ Breakfast – Oatmeal with Papaya
• 20 g oats
• 40 g papaya
• 60 ml water or formula
✔ Fiber, Vitamin A, digestive enzymes, gentle energy

2️⃣ Lunch – Minced Beef with Pumpkin
• 25 g lean beef
• 40 g pumpkin
• 10 g onion
• 1 tsp olive oil
✔ Heme iron, zinc, protein, Vitamin A

3️⃣ Dinner – Lentil & Spinach Purée
• 25 g cooked red lentils
• 20 g steamed spinach
• 1 tsp olive oil
✔ Iron, folate, protein, Vitamin C for absorption

These meals are easy to digest, nutrient-dense, and perfect for babies starting solids at 8 months.
