Weeks 10 and 11 of my Zepbound journey are being combined. Life happens and I wanted to be up to date. A lot has changed. In this video, I share an insurance update, a recap of my doctor visit, why I decided to stay at 5mg, and how I’m managing side effects like nausea and injection site bruising.
I also talk about switching injection sites from thigh to arm and show how I’m staying active using the work gym, focusing on consistency over perfection.
