泰式香辣炒肉,香辣开胃,超级下饭,做法简单又容易
材料:500克五花肉片,2个香茅,1把豆角,3个小米椒,8片疯杆叶,100毫升椰浆
1)五花肉片剪成小片,香茅拍扁切成小段,豆角切成小段,小米椒切成小米椒圈
2)准备一锅开水,放入豆角焯水大约30秒左右
3)热锅倒油,加入两勺Tomyum酱,放入疯杆叶,香茅,翻炒爆香,放入五花肉片,炒至变色,加入两勺鱼露,100毫升椰浆,翻炒均匀,最后放入豆角和小米椒,快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
