⭐ Ingredients:
Dal Makhani Ingredients
Cooking Dal
1 cup of black gram / काली उरद दाल
Red Kidney Beans / राजमा
Salt
Water
Turmeric powder
Tadka :-
2 tbsp ghee
2 chopped onions
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3-4 tomato puree
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
coriander leaves
water
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 🌶
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala
Butter
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Fresh Cream
Method
In a pressure cooker add black gram, red kidney beans, salt, and water & keep it for 2-3 whistles.
In a pan add ghee and onions and cook it until the onions turn brown.
Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato puree, salt, red chili powder, and coriander leaves.
Check if the dal is cooked and add it to the tadka and cook it for 7-8 minutes.
add coriander , butter and fresh cream for garnishing over the Dal, Dal Makhani is ready to be served!
