Harry gets killed by Voldemort and Hermione misses him all the time.
She thinks back on the time they had together, cause she usually is on her own.
She and Ron don't get along and that's mostly because Hermione blames herself for Harry death.
In the end we get to see that Ron and Hermione was with him right before he died, but he got away from them and was taken to Voldemort.
