𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
0:11 Unscrew the bolts on the back of the housing and get off the frame. After that's done, take off all parts on the front and put it in the carton box (or oven for about 5 minutes on 200 degrees "pre-heat only" ) for about 17 minutes, turn the headlight upside down by half time.
0:39 Separate the glass gently by using a flat screwdriver. It's sealed by permaseal, so it could take more time as just pull it open, you have to remove the sealant inside completely before closing the headlight later.
1:02 The inlay is bold with 3 screws under the sealant, don't forget them otherwise you'll break the inlay
-Try to touch all chrome parts and lenses with gloves only!!-
1:27 Mount all hardware like we show in the video, you have to reuse some parts from the old reflector.
2:47 Now you're ready to screw the projector in the bracket, and attach the Mini Gatlin Gun shroud with the same screws directly on the projector. You need the brass screws instead of the black m4 bolts.
3:48 Replace the complete bracket with projector back in the housing and mount the inlay as well.
4:25 Add some new butyl rubber sealant for a waterproof connection and press the glass back on the housing.
5:02 Put it back in the carton box for 16 minutes again.
5:16 Mount the bulbs holder on the back, drill a 22mm hole in the rubber cap and put it all together.
- you have to unplug the solenoid wires and put them trough the rubber cap as well-
7:05 Screw back all screws you've unscrew before, and mount the black frame again.
7:23 You do have a pretty good looking projector headlight for you Yamaha MT03 now!

Retrofitting refers to the addition of new technology or features to older systems. Night vision achieves relatively little improvement on night vision because of a poor beam pattern, which increases the blinding of other road users. This is because their headlight housings are designed for halogen and not xenon.
