I've lived in New York since 1986 and watched this city transform itself as it went from a place I was living 'for a couple of years' to now it's been over thirty two! Selling New York properties since 1999, I've been fortunate enough to see so much of the inventory and combined with my photographic memory, I find myself remembering a property here or a building there when someone shares their dreams with me.

People are always asking me for neighborhood recommendations form restaurants to buildings to what's special about each area. The thing is, in New York, we tend to make the city small by creating these little personal villages. Our restaurants, our deli's and our escapes.

I never forget that as a luxury real estate agent, I'm lucky enough to see New York from so many angles in just one week. Hopefully these video montages will be something fun which will share a new restaurant or place for you to maybe also call your own one day.
