This is demo of my DIY coil winding machine. It can be used to wind tesla coils or inductors. In this video I'm using 34 AWG for my inductor with about 770 turns (4 layers). You might be able to see some spacing between wire turns in Layer 1 but that's because of 3d printed bobbin. The inductance came out to be 3mH with about 770 turns.
It uses Arduino Uno and CNC shield. I'm planning on making a next version with more advanced features.
