From the front bumper back, the Airflow's design represented the a major attempt to create a smooth aerodynamic design. Major achievements make it the first car with: The engine over the front axle, overdrive, unit body construction, automatic choke, and a car where passengers rode between the axles.This is one of only 1,580 1934 Desoto Airflow Coupes built.
