Thai Diner is the creation of Matt Danzer and Ann Redding, who are also the owners of Uncle Boons (which sadly closed its doors during the pandemic) and Uncle Boons Sister. Thai Diner is definitely not your typical Thai restaurant, but more of a fusion eatery which was inspired by Redding’s Thai mother. When Redding's mother came to the United States, she began cooking Thai dishes with her own Uncle Sam spin. The decor inside this restaurant pays homage to Thailand circa the 1970s. It will transport you to another time and place so you can momentarily escape the Big Apple while enjoying top notch American Thai comfort food. Come along for this food adventure!
