I've lost 267lbs since March 2023 with no weight loss meds/surgery. With right sided heart failure

I've lost 250+ lbs since July 2023 with no weight loss meds or surgery. I was misdiagnosed from October 2019 to March 2023. I weighed 270 lbs in 2019. By the time 2023 came, I weighed 498 lbs. My primary caregiver had diagnosed me with long haulers covid. I couldn't walk more than 60 feet, breathing was difficult, and I was completely exhausted and broken like I've never been before in life. I was lifeflighted to Missoula MT in March of 2023, where I was told I would more than likely not make it from all the water retention around my heart, lungs, n brain. When I was asked what was wrong with me, I had told the doctors I had long haulers covid, according to my primary caregiver. The Doctors did a test to see if I've ever even had covid before, and they informed me that I've never even had covid before, so it was impossible for me to have it. my old primary caregiver never chose to do a very simple test, which could have prevented a lot of damage both physically and mentally. I actually had right sided heart failure the whole time. I also was just recently diagnosed with complex PTSD from the years of being misdiagnosed, which has greatly affected me in many ways. I'm living proof that with the right mentality, you can overcome the impossible. Nothing is guaranteed, but it can be done.
