Welcome. This devotional journey invites us to travel with Jesus through some of the events of his
Passion, linking them to particular places around our Cathedral. While it broadly follows
the traditional passion, which emerged in the Middle Ages, it does so in a slightly
simplified form. Sometimes the link between subject and place will be obvious; at
others you may have to think a little harder. As we walk, we will share the weight of the
cross, resting it at each stopping place before passing it on to another pilgrim. Of course,
if you prefer to pause for longer at any particular spot, feel free to do so. The aim of the
journey is to bring you closer to God in whatever way feels most helpful to you.
