I decide to make this job a series since it would have been to long to upload to YouTube, I got carried away with the size and detail in the build. Each house took me a while to finish since its such a big job, so there will be 4 parts in total and in this first part we are renovating the first colorful beach house on beach street. each house has 3 floors. This one has a single bedroom, two baths, a laundry room, and the bottom floor is the art studio, extra storage room, and an underused garage area.

Part 2 - Gamer's House
Part 3 - small family house, parents have a work from home office and woodworking space on the bottom floor
