'19 Ram 1500 - The Broken Wire Beats Me

In this video I have a look at a customers 2019 Ram 1500 that has a customer complaint of no plate lights. He replaced the factory LED's with new ones and they still do not work. It doesn't take long to find out there is a broken wire. But can we find it in a cost effective matter.
