I talk about what it is to be and work as a technician quite a bit in these videos but lets not forget that the customer plays a roll too. So in this installment I decided to do a video on what it is to be a good customer. For the most part the take away is to educate yourself and communicate with your repair facility. This may seem straightforward but it's not often the case, in fact if I had a nickel for every time I've had a customer come in NOT equipped with just the basic information about their problem I wouldn't be writing this today, instead I'd be on a beach somewhere sipping an umbrella drink. That said I think it's your duty as a customer to provide us with the best information possible so that we as technicians can help you with your auto repair and service needs.
