How an away trip is organized | Manchester | Across Europe – the Champions League travel documentary

Ever wanted to see the planning that goes into Borussia Dortmund's away games in European competitions? In our three-part documentary we go behind the scenes during the Champions League group stage with our fan support, security and travel management staff.
Part 1 focuses on Kai Ruben, who works as the BVB Security Officer, and we start by accompanying him on the preliminary trip to Manchester. "We look at the conditions for the team and the directors, and of course we check out the relevant security issues in the away section", he says. He also explains how problems in the away section are resolved and how he and his team organise fan entry into their part of the stadium.
