The sheet music contains 24 exercises. In its basic usage, the flute-player plays the exercises along to the backing track concentrating on aspects of their playing each time, and strives to improve on certain areas of their playing, such as : Flute TONE, Intonation (tuning), Vibrato, Breath control, Articulation (Staccato attack, Legato playing).... etc etc...
