Today, I'm painting a dramatic abstract, 'seascape' inspired by the Jurassic Coast and the wild seas of Dorset. I'll be using textured paste, hessian, string, acrylic paint, metallic paint, ink, and fossil rock taken from the actual cliffs of Charmouth, Seaton and Durdle Door.
I plan to bled the colours over the textures to represent the crashing waves beneath a setting sun.
I'm painting in the abstract expressionist style using brushes, spatulas, palette knives, and a lot of finger painting for wellbeing!
