HALLOWEEN NAILS! In today's nail tutorial video I paint 3 red and white Halloween nail art designs using tape, dotting tool, liner polish and nail brush. (Short nails design)

After applying base coat I paint my index- and little finger sparkly red.
By using dotting tool and white liner polish I draw the funny face.
I use Scotch tape to make the teeth... I fix the stencil over the tip and apply white nail polish... let it dry.
I grab a nail brush and red polish to paint the blood nails.
The thumb nail gets dripping tip.
I finish this design with the top coat.
