In the game Othercide, the gameplay revolves around fighting your way through and frequently resetting the game or sacrificing your "Daughters" to empower their sisters with more strength. More and more thoughts and mysteries are unveiled until you ultimately achieve redemption.
I wanted to capture this feeling. The hopelessness, the darkness, the mystery, the next battle, the next... more sacrifices, many more sacrifices...
This song is just amazing, also from one of my favorite games (the 2nd part is yet to come). The extremes, the madness, the aspiration. Many aspects align between the song and the game!
A game like Othercide forgives nothing; it's almost like a "Darkest Dungeon" game.
