This is a Holiday Season 2025 #ballet that I am #dancing, especially for my #gofundme campaign. It shows my ballet program in action and inspires you to support my #holisticballet program that bridges #art, #science, and #medicine to promote #health, #happiness, and #wellbeing.
I am dancing the Waltz of the Flowers from the wonderful holiday classic ballet The Nutcracker, with music by Pyotr Ilytch Tchaikovsky and choreography modified by me from that of the Marinsky Theater Ballet performance.
Please be sure to warm up properly and check with a physician that you can engage in ballet dance.
Towards the end of the video, I include a video with a brief introduction as to why you should consider my holistic ballet program for health, happiness, and well-being.
