In this first episode of my new series, we look at LEGO set 76311, build the deli and start to think about a modular MOC.

I'm making a new modular building for my LEGO city - a 'Delicatessen'.

Set 76311 the Spider-Verse: Miles Morales vs. The Spot has some unique minifigs and a rather good NYPD Police Car, but the thing that caught my attention was the façade of the little building in the set, with its bright signage and the contrast with the dark windows and walls.
